We have permission from Dyngus Day organizers to send photographers and writers out to their events. You will need to have your Buffalo.com ID.
It would be great to get as many photographers and writers out to these events...Dyngus Day is like the Mardi Gras or St. Patrick's Day of the Buffalo Polish community. Chronicling these events is great for the site in terms of traffic, of course, but it also performs a unique service in the sense that we are capturing what the city will look like during the course of the 2009 Dyngus Day celebration. I think that's actually something kind of special, corny as that may sound.
